Kirstie Evans
STUDIO OPERATIONS DIRECTORPassionate about her client focused role, Kirstie brings to the team her wealth of Event, TV & Film industry experience. Whilst overseeing and implementing the Operation & Management Systems alongside assisting the development of Bovingdon Airfield Studios, she brings her versatility and vibrant energy to deliver the highest level of Customer Service.
Jo Lawlor
STUDIO SALES & MARKETING DIRECTORJo brings over 17 years of expertise in film and TV client liaison to our team, where she's poised to leverage our sites vast potential and drive forward our ambitious expansion plans. She’s focused on the individual needs of every production that comes here, ensuring they find exactly the right match for their filming requirements.
Andrejus Simkus
FACILITIES TECHNICIANAndrejus has joined the Bovingdon Airfield Studios team as our Facilities Technician, supporting the day-to-day running and upkeep of the site. Always happy to help and with a great sense of humour, Andrejus brings a positive and practical approach to everything he does. He plays an important role in ensuring the studios and surrounding facilities are well maintained, safe and ready for our clients and productions.
Neil Kirkham
FINANCE DIRECTORNeil is Finance Director at Bovingdon Airfield Studios, bringing 15 years’ experience across the film and TV industry to the role. His industry knowledge and financial expertise support the studio’s continued growth, helping ensure strong financial management while contributing to the development of this ambitious production facility.
Rosie Conibear
FINANCE DEPARTMENTHeading up the Finance department since 2021, Rosie’s experience and continual progression has been at the core of development of Bovingdon Airfield Studios. Rosie’s dedication and meticulous work ensure the team are focused and kept in check with regards to all studio finance requirements.
Lloyd Kissiedu
LEAD SECURITY OFFICERLloyd has been a chief member of the Bovingdon Airfield Studios Security Team for over 4 years. His welcoming and friendly manner along with his industry experience and keen attention to detail assist the Studio in being an enjoyable, secure and well organised place of work.
Glyn Osborne
NIGHT SECURITY OFFICERGlyn worked at Elstree Studios and the BBC before joining Bovingdon Airfield Studios. He works closely alongside Lloyd to provide night security, ensuring everyone is safe and secure on site throughout the evenings and overnight. Friendly, approachable and dependable, Glyn brings flexibility and strong teamwork to every shift.
Kirsty Dargavel Hewitt
DATA PRIVACY MANAGERKirsty has been part of the team as Data Privacy Manager for 18 months. With a background in childcare, after nearly 30 years as a Norland Nanny, she has transferred her skill set in dealing with family life and managing different people and events to help manage a busy studio alongside Lloyd our Lead Security Officer.
Sarah Bradbury
MARKETINGSarah brings over 20 years’ experience in marketing and operations, with particular strengths in strategy, messaging, content, email and campaign delivery. She leads our marketing activity alongside Jo, combining strategic insight and creativity to strengthen our reach and firmly position the studio on the UK film and TV roadmap.
Gary Cullum
PRGary brings decades of deep experience in journalism, publishing, media and PR, with highly established editorial expertise and an extensive local and national network. He leads in all these areas for the studio, helping us strengthen our profile and share our story with the widest possible audience.
